Founded and incorporated in 1971 by Howard Aidem, MD and Thomas Taber, MD, POG has provided quality care to all age groups for a variety of orthopedic injuries and problems.
Our physicians are Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeons. To become Board Certified an orthopedist must have:

- Completed five years of postgraduate study (Internship and Residency)
- Must have practiced as an Orthopedic Surgeon for one and one half years

We are proud to have added two orthopedic sub specialists to our busy and diverse practice. John Cory, MD, a foot and ankle specialist as well as Scott Frankel, MD, a hand and upper extremity specialist joined POG in the fall of 2006.
Our Mission is to continue to provide timely and excellent orthopedic care in the greater Phoenix Community. The addition of these two orthopedists will continue that tradition.
