Robin Balogh, RNFA
Robin Balogh has been employed by Phoenix Orthopedic Group since 1990. She is the RN First Assist for Russell Chick, M.D. She assists in the office as well as in the operating room. Robin is a member of the American Nurses Association, The American Academy of Nursing as well as the Arizona Nurses Association and has done mission work with Interplast in Campo Grande, Matograsso, Brazil. Robby is an avid runner, enjoys racing sail boats and sea kayaking. She and her husband have traveled extensively and enjoy long hikes with their dogs. They are also members of the Humane Society of USA, Best Friends and the National Wildlife Foundation.

Marcia Ide Schultz, CMPE
Marcia has been the administrator at Phoenix Orthopedic Group for 5 years. For over 25 years she has been involved in the Phoenix Orthopedic Community. She is a Board Certified Practice Executive with the Medical Group Managers Association. Marcia is an active member in BONES, a national organization of orthopedic administrators and serves on the Board of Directors. She is a member of The Medical Group Management Association, and The Arizona Medical Group Management Association where she served on the Board and also as President. She and her husband Dick collectively have five children and ten grandchildren. They enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
